After a plan has been selected and we have had a meeting to discuss excavation and interior finishes, a final bid is submitted to you for review. We can then work through any budget concerns or changes you may want to make before moving to contract.
Yes. There are no change fees associated with making changes to any interior finishes while your home is being built. If you want to upgrade a specific item in the home that was not factored into the budget, you will be required to pay the difference for the upgrade going directly into your home.
