If you already have a plot of land, we will arrange a site visit to assess the location. This includes evaluating accessibility of utilities, zoning regulations, site prep and feasibility of your project on the land. This meeting will help determine site prep and excavations costs that are in addition to any base package pricing.
We'll provide an estimate that includes construction costs based on your package and plan selections, site prep work and any additional expenses.
If needed, we can recommend financing options or lenders to help you secure a loan for your project.
Project timeline: We'll provide a timeline for the construction process, outlining key milestones throughout the process. All timelines are estimates, and our team will work toward a completion date goal, while never sacrificing quality.
You will have a designated team member assigned to your project to help along the way with any questions or updates throughout your build.
Upon completion and turnover of your home; you will have designated team member to assist with your One Year Home Warranty.
